Sharks are one of the most fascinating species of the sea world. They are both admired and feared by people, and this has earned those fish an unfair reputation of "killer machines". If you like sharks, then you may enjoy this screensaver. It features animated 3D renderings of sharks in their natural environment. The views and movements are very realistic, and are supported by good sound effects. You will see a pair of sharks swimming around a sunken galleon, together with a trasure chest and a scary skeleton. There are other fish species, as well as rocks and algae, all of them beautifully rendered. You can modify several of the screensaver's settings according to your taste. For example, you can enable/disable the 3D rendering feature of your video card, and control the volume and balance of the sounds. Also, you can increase or decrease the animation speed, as well as the brightness of the clearer spots. Maybe the only disadvantage of this program is the fact that a "nag screen" appears after a couple of minutes, but this only happens in the demo version. If you want to get rid of this screen and get free future updates and support, you will need to purchase a license. |
